A Ridgewood kitchen rebuilt around integrated refrigeration and a plumbed coffee machine produces a different call list from a Fort Lee apartment with a stacked laundry pair in a closet, and both differ again from a Paramus split-level whose dryer exhausts through the original basement duct.
