Astre Appliance Service is run by the people who do the work. Whoever tests your appliance is whoever repairs it.

Why that arrangement matters

Much of this trade runs the other way about. A call center accepts the booking, a subcontractor is sent out, and nobody along that chain carries any consequence when the answer turns out wrong. We built the company to avoid exactly that. A deliberately short list of makes we know properly, a service area small enough to reach quickly, and technicians who describe what they found instead of reciting a part number at you.

Twenty-four makes, and no more

Appliances have grown specific enough that familiarity with a platform saves real time, and time saved lands on your invoice. Somebody who has opened forty of the same refrigerator knows where the answer usually hides; somebody following a generic procedure is discovering it at your expense. If your make is not among our twenty-four you will hear that during the phone call rather than after a wasted visit.

No stars, no testimonials

You will not find a rating or a wall of quotations anywhere on this site. Any business can type five stars onto its own page, so a score a company awards itself proves nothing whatever. The commitments we will put in writing are the ones you can hold us to afterwards: a repair price agreed in advance, and thirty days of guarantee recorded on your paperwork.
