Twenty-four manufacturers. The list is fixed on purpose: these are the makes our technicians are trained and equipped for, and we would rather point you elsewhere than learn on your appliance.
It covers two quite different kinds of work. Mainstream laundry and kitchen appliances from Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore and Electrolux are volume repairs where the parts are well documented and the real question is usually whether the machine has earned another repair. Built-in and professional equipment from Thermador, Wolf, Viking, Miele, Liebherr, Monogram, La Cornue, Bertazzoni, Dacor, DCS, Asko, Fisher and Paykel, JennAir, KitchenAid, Bosch and U-Line is a different discipline: those appliances are engineered to run for twenty years or more, they are frequently integrated into cabinetry measured around them, and repairing one properly is nearly always the correct answer.
Each brand page sets out what that manufacturer actually builds, the problems we meet most often on its appliances, and which of our services apply. If your make is not on this list we will tell you honestly on the phone rather than send somebody who will be working it out at your expense.
Asko builds laundry and dishwashing appliances on a welded steel frame with a stainless lined tub, which is the reason a fifteen year old Asko is normally worth repairing rather than retiring.
Bertazzoni has been making cooking appliances in Emilia-Romagna for six generations, and the ranges reflect it: heavy brass burners, simple mechanics and electronics kept deliberately modest.
